PC PhoneHome™ resides at a very low level and has been purposely disguised to appear to be part of the operating system. You won’t find it running in the task manager and won’t see it running as a process either.
You cannot remove what you cannot see. Great care has been taken to insure PC PhoneHome™ cannot be removed by unauthorized parties. Several security measures have been specially coded to insure survivability. If key files are discovered and deleted, they will re-spawn and continue to send their stealth message upon reboot.
